1. Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. During this time, we will prepare your items for shipment, ensure everything is in stock, and prepare your order for dispatch. Please note that while we work quickly to fulfill your order, there may be slight delays in tracking updates as local couriers occasionally take extra time to update their systems.

• Processing time does not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• We do not process orders on weekends, so orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

2. Delivery Time

We prioritize fast and reliable delivery. After processing, orders are dispatched from our warehouses as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can track your order’s progress.

• Standard Shipping: Typically delivered in 3-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered in 1-3 business days for those who need faster delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimated, and external factors such as weather or carrier delays may occasionally affect the shipping time.

3. Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please do so as soon as possible before we ship your order. If the change is requested before shipment, there are no additional fees for this service, and we will update the shipping details accordingly. However, once the order is dispatched and tracking information is provided, we may not be able to accommodate address changes.

4. Order Tracking

We provide multiple ways for you to track your order:

• For Registered Users: You can track your order directly through your shengchao.shop account. Simply log in and visit your order history for tracking details.
• For Guest Orders: If you made a purchase without creating an account, you can still track your order by entering your Order ID and email address on our website’s order tracking page.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll also receive an email with the tracking number and shipping carrier details, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress directly on the UPS website.

5. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@shengchao.shop . We’ll be happy to process your cancellation with no additional fees and issue a full refund.

However, if your order has already shipped, it is considered final, and you’ll need to follow our standard return policy once the item arrives.

6. Shipping Information

• No Taxes: We currently do not charge tax on orders placed through shengchao.shop.
• Shipping Area: Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain
• Shipping Fees: We offer two shipping methods with transparent fees.

Shipping Destination: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain，Portugal，Brazil，Australia.

To ensure timely processing and shipping, all orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT-8 (Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

7. Additional Information

• Free Shipping Promotions: If any special promotions are offered for free shipping, you’ll see this reflected in the checkout page.
• No Tax on Orders: At this time, there are no additional taxes on orders made through our store.
